Rotary is indeed changing. However, there is a certain amount of uncertainty that will continue to grow as we progress into summer 2021. It is yet to be seen how those human connections Rotary participants valued previously will be maintained. While the traditional 'hands in face space' is sure to be part of our ongoing routine it is apparent that the confidence building is evident and more face-to-face connections occur. However, Rotary has evolved. Rotary is a network which fosters lasting friendships. As we continue to use our online meetings for business meetings but we have reintroduced the social aspect and services using a safe face-to-face way. To create an exciting new future, we've taken the new possibilities and merged these with our most successful pre-pandemic behaviors. It's an encouraging thing to hear that 75% of Rotary clubs are planning to carry on their "business like usual" activities. This summer there have been a lot of Rotary members have been out in public focusing on various tasks, such as beach and river cleanings and litter pick-ups.
